How to have a contract signed by accepting a quote
Attach a contract template to a quote. The customer reads it on the quote's page and signs it by accepting, at the price of the option they pick.

One page, one signature: attach your service agreement to a quote, and when the customer accepts the quote with their typed name and "I agree", the agreement is signed too, e.g. Dana picks the Better package at $150 and the contract says $150.
Where
On a quote, the box Contract signed by accepting. It shows while Contracts is switched on and you have at least one contract template.
Steps
- Save the agreement as a template in Contracts. Use {customer}, {business}, {date} and {amount} where they belong.
- Open the quote and pick the template under Contract signed by accepting.
- Send the quote as usual.
- On the quote's page the customer sees the agreement under the quote. Before they choose an option, its price reads "the total of the option you choose".
- To accept, they type their full name and tick "I agree". That signs the agreement.
What happens next
- A completed contract is made with the exact text they signed, its fingerprint (SHA-256), the time, and where it was signed from. It is in Contracts like any other.
- {amount} is what they accepted: the option they chose and any add-ons they ticked.
- A signed copy for the customer waits in Reviews, as it does for any contract.
- The quote's page links to the signed copy from then on.
Good to know
- Accepting the quote in the app (for a customer who said yes by phone) does not sign the contract. Send it as an ordinary contract instead.
- A template with {address} or a placeholder a quote cannot fill cannot be attached.
If it doesn't work
- "The customer already signed the agreement with this quote." It is signed; it cannot be swapped afterwards.
