Your records are yours. Take them with you any time, and ask us to delete them.

• Yours to take: an owner or admin can export everything at any time.
• Yours to delete: ask us and we will export your data and delete it from our systems, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Write to privacy@ottobusiness.com.
• Kept safe: the keys of services you connect are stored encrypted, and passwords are never stored as written.
• Public pages are kept apart: a customer's quote, invoice, portal or booking page shows only what is theirs, and nothing they type there is handed to an AI.
