Supporter fundraising pages and teams

Give supporters their own page for a campaign, with a goal, a story and a team, and see who has raised the most.

Updated 2026-10-24

For a fun run, a walk or a birthday appeal, each supporter can have their own page for a campaign. Their friends and family make pledges there. No payment is taken on these pages, because card payments are not switched on: you follow up each pledge as you would one from the campaign page.

Give a supporter a page

  1. Open Giving, then Campaigns, and press Fundraisers on the campaign.
  2. Under Add a fundraiser, choose the supporter. Optionally type a page title, their goal, a team name and their story.
  3. Press Add.
  4. Press Copy link and send it to them to share.

A supporter has one page per campaign. The pages are open only while the campaign's own Public page is switched on; each page also has its own Page open switch.

What counts

  • Raised is the gifts recorded through the page. When you record a gift for the campaign, pick the page under Through a fundraiser's page. The gift counts to the page and to the campaign.
  • Pledged is pledges made on the page that are not yet paid. Each shows in Pledges, and you get a notice. When one is paid and you mark it so, the gift is recorded through the page and moves from pledged to raised.

Teams and the leaderboard

Supporters with the same team name are added up under Teams, with how many people are on each. The campaign's public page lists the fundraisers who raised the most, up to ten, each linking to their page with the amount they raised.

Deleting a page asks you to confirm first, and only someone who manages can do it. The link stops working; gifts and pledges made through it stay, no longer linked to the page.
