Settings → Tools → Copy setup to another business. Copies workflows, message templates, lead forms, checklists and website chat settings to another business you manage. Never contacts or messages.

If one login runs several businesses, for example an agency that sets up Otto for each client, build the setup once and copy it to the others. Only someone who manages both businesses can copy, and only to a business they also manage.
Copy it
- Open the business whose setup you want to copy, then Settings → Tools.
- Under Copy setup to another business, pick the business to copy to.
- Tick what to copy: Workflows, Message templates, Lead forms, Checklists and Website chat settings. Each shows how many there are.
- Press Copy setup.
A notice in the other business says who copied what. If you manage no other business yet, press Add a business first.
What is copied, and what is not
- Workflows arrive switched off, so nothing runs until someone there switches them on. One started by a webhook gets a new address.
- Lead forms get their own new address. Nobody is set to be told about new leads, and nobody is given their tasks: those are people in the other business, so set them there. A form's pipeline stage is kept only when the other business has a stage with that name.
- Website chat settings: the greeting, the colour and the daily limit. The chat arrives switched off (or stays as it was, if the other business already has one), without the list of other websites allowed to show it.
- Message templates and Checklists are copied as they are.
- Anything the other business already has by the same name is skipped, and the result says which. Copying twice copies nothing new.
- Contacts, messages, jobs, quotes, invoices, files and runs are never copied.
Industry packs are not applied for you, because a pack also adds prices, a pipeline and fields. The panel lists the packs this business applied; apply them from the other business's Industry packs page.
