How to start an AI automation agency website

An agency business can start its website from a set of pages made for selling automation projects. A business that applied the AI automation agency pack sees it first.

Steps

  1. Press Choose a layout, then Use this layout on AI automation agency site.
  2. Open each page and change the words to your own: the headline, the steps and the answers under Questions are a starting point.
  3. Publish it.

What you get

  • Home: "We automate inquiries, follow-ups and bookings for small businesses", how a project works (audit, build, care plan), your case studies, the free readiness check and Book a call.
  • Services: Automation audit, Automation build and Care plan, described in the same words as the starter price list, then your price list from Otto.
  • Case studies: the case studies you published from automation audits.
  • Free AI readiness check: a button to your published AI tool that asks for an email first, the AI readiness check if you made one.
  • Book a call: a button to your booking page.
  • FAQ and Contact, with the contact form.

The case studies, the readiness button, the price list and the booking button are filled in by Otto each time the page is shown. A part with nothing to show is left out of the published page, e.g. the readiness button until a tool is published.

Building this site switches Website chat on, so visitors can ask questions in a chat bubble on every page. Switch it off on the Chat tab of Website. It answers from what you wrote under Knowledge.
