How to send designed cold emails

Choose Designed on the Emails step and Higgsfield makes a design for the top of each email, with your words under it and a plain-text copy beside it.

Updated 2026-10-31

On the campaign's Emails step, under Style, choose Plain or Designed. Plain is the default and is best for the inbox: designed emails are more likely to land in Promotions or spam than plain text.

Make a design for each email

With Designed chosen, each email in the sequence gets its own row. Pick what Higgsfield goes by: Your offer, An example picture you upload, or Your website (its colours and the picture it shows when shared, never its words). You can also describe the look.

Then, on each row, press Make it. It takes up to a few minutes. Make again tries once more, Use my picture puts your own picture there instead, and Remove takes it out. Preview shows the email as one business will see it.

How it is sent

The design goes on top, then the same words, then your business, postal address and the line saying to reply "no" to stop. A plain-text copy of the same email goes with it, and nothing in it is tracked.

You cannot ask to start until every email has a design, or you switch back to Plain. The designs are part of what you approve in Reviews.

If it doesn't work

  • Designed is greyed out. Otto's team has not connected Higgsfield on your server yet. Plain still works.
  • Make it is greyed out. The reason is shown above the rows: your business has used its generated pictures for the month, or this campaign has made its designs for today. Use my picture still works.
