How to find help inside Otto

Guides, the Help search and Otto chat are all one press away.

Updated 2026-10-14

• Guides (in the menu): a few numbered steps for each part of Otto, with a button that opens the page it is about. Only guides for the parts you use are listed.
• Help search: search these articles and the Guides from anywhere in the app. Articles open in a new tab.
• Otto chat: ask how to do something, the way you would ask a colleague.
