How to create your account
Sign up with your email address and a password. No card is needed.

You can create an account and set up your business without a card.
- Go to ottobusiness.com and press Get started.
- Type your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then the password again.
- Create the account. You are signed in straight away and a short setup comes next, where you name your business.
If the sign-in page offers Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, you can use that instead of a password.
Joining a team someone else runs
If your employer uses Otto, do not sign up on your own: you would make a second, empty business. Open the invitation email they sent you and follow its link instead. See How to invite your team.
Forgot your password?
On the Login page press Forgot password? and follow the email.
