Plans and billing

Three plans. Online payment is not switched on yet, so plans are set up with our team for now.

Otto Business has three plans, priced on the pricing page:

• Starter: for one person running a business or starting one online.
• Team: for a team with positions, permissions, pay plans and team chat.
• Business: for larger teams and owners with more than one business.

Each plan includes a monthly Otto allowance and call minutes; the larger plans include more.

Paying and changing plans

Card payment is not switched on yet: there is no Stripe checkout and nothing is charged through the app. For now, plans are set up with our team. To start a plan, change one or ask a question, write to support@ottobusiness.com.

You do not need a card to sign up. Moving to a smaller plan deletes nothing; the parts it does not include are switched off.
