How to check your monthly usage

See how much of this month's Otto allowance is used, and decide what happens at the limit.

  1. Open Settings, then Usage.
  2. See how much of this month is used: AI work (drafting, chat, workflows, AI tools), call minutes and video.

The month is counted in your business's own time zone.

At the limit

By default Otto's AI work stops at the plan limit until next month. Your records, and everything you do by hand, keep working.

Someone who manages the business can set a monthly extra-usage budget. Work then carries on past the limit until that budget is used. Extra usage is recorded on this page; billing is not switched on yet.
