How to choose who can use an AI tool

Open a tool to anyone with the link, or give each customer a personal link with its own allowance.

Open the tool in AI tools and choose who can use it:

• Anyone with the link: share one link.
• Only customers I add: press Add customer, say who it is for, then Copy their link. Each link has its own allowance of runs and can be switched off the moment they stop paying you.

Set most runs a month for the tool as a whole. Every run also counts towards your business's monthly AI allowance, so a tool can never cost more than your month allows. A stranger with the link can use up the tool's month and nothing more.

How you take payment for a tool is up to you: invoice the customer as usual, then add them.
