How to build an AI tool

A few questions and the instructions the AI follows, published as a page customers fill in.

An AI tool is something small your customers can use, such as a review reply writer. A customer answers the questions on a page of their own and gets the result.

1. Open AI tools and start a new tool. Give it a name and one line about it.
2. Write the instructions the AI follows.
3. Under Questions the customer answers, press Add a question for each thing it needs. A tool needs at least one.
4. Try it. A try uses your AI allowance, not the tool's monthly runs.
5. Press Save and go live, then Copy link.

A tool only answers the questions it is given. It cannot see your business's records, and it sends nothing. What a customer types is not stored: only that a run happened.
