How to add your logo

Upload one logo in Settings → Branding and Otto puts it on your quotes, invoices, website and business switcher.

Your business has one logo, and Otto uses it everywhere it shows your business to you or to your customers. Only an owner or admin can change it; everyone else can see it.

It is in Settings → Branding (under Your business).

Add or change your logo

1. Open Settings and choose Branding.
2. Press Upload logo and pick the file: a PNG, JPEG or SVG picture.
3. To change it later, press Replace. To take it off, press Remove.

The logo is saved as soon as it uploads; there is nothing else to save.

Where it shows

Under the upload, small drawings show the logo where it appears:

• Business switcher: the tile beside your business's name in the menu.
• Your website: the header of your Otto website, if you use Website.
• Quote header or Invoice header: the top of every quote and invoice you send, if you use them.

The same logo also appears on the customer portal. The drawings only show the parts of Otto your business uses.

If it doesn't work

• "A logo must be a PNG, JPEG or SVG picture." — save it in one of those formats and upload it again.
• "A logo can be up to 500 KB. Export a smaller one and add that."
• "Only an owner or admin can change this" — the buttons are greyed out for other positions.
