How to ask Otto about your data

Ask a question in Otto chat and get figures counted from your records, with how many records they came from.

1. Open Otto chat.
2. Ask in your own words, for example "How many jobs did we finish each month this year?" or "Which customers spent most last quarter?"
3. Otto answers with the figures and the number of records they came from.

Otto never adds anything up itself. It asks for exactly the records and totals it needs, your records are counted in code, and Otto explains the result. Days, weeks and months are your business's own, in its own time zone.

You only get answers from what you are allowed to see: a position that does not see money is told so, and a person who sees only their own customers gets figures for their own customers.
